Online number ordering

To purchase a number, you need to take the following steps: 

  1. Go to Azercellim.com, find the desired number, and click the "Order" button. 
  2. Enter the following information: 
    • Name and surname; 
    • Required document (identity card, passport, etc.); 
    • Mobile number 
    • Email address 
  3. After reading the terms and agreeing, confirm the order. Once the information has been verified and confirmed, you will be taken to the payment page. 
  4. First of all, make sure there are sufficient funds on the card to pay the total cost of the number. Enter your card details and confirm the payment: 
    • 16 digits on the card; 
    • Card expiry date; 
    • Security code (3 digits on the back of the card). 
  5. After a successful payment transaction, the online order number will be confirmed and an electronic invoice will be displayed on the next page. The receipt should include the following information: 
    • Date of issue, serial number; 
    • Full name of the seller, address, contact phone number and fax, email address; 
    • seller identification number (TIN); 
    • Buyer's name and surname; other information allowing to identify him; 
    • Basic information about the characteristics of products (works, services); 
    • Name of the product (work, service); 
    • Unit of measurement of products (works, services); 
    • The total volume of products (work, services); 
    • The total cost of the products (works, services) provided (excluding VAT); 
    • The amount of VAT; 
    • The final amount; 
    • Cost and other terms of delivery; 
    • Terms and procedure for the execution and return of the order; 
    • Payment details determined by the bank; 
    • Rules for filing claims and complaints. 

 

Note: You can print the invoice or send it to your email address. 

Once the process is over, the detailed information and order code associated with the online ordering number will be sent to the mobile phone number and email address provided on the website. 

The order code must be kept confidential. You can find out the ordered number by contacting any Azercell office. When transferring the number, the order code and the legal document mentioned on the website (for example, identity card) must be given to the relevant employee at the Azercell office.
