How can I order a number online?
On the main page, in the search field, enter the numbers of the number you need. Select the number you
like and click the "Buy now" button on the page that opens. On the next page, enter the required
information, after reading the terms, click the "Order" button. After confirming your details on the payment
page, pay the full amount by credit card. If the payment is successful, your order will be confirmed, and the
order confirmation information will be sent to your specified mobile phone number and email address. For

Is the delivery service of ordered numbers available?
The client can get the number ordered online only by contacting any of Azercell's branches and presenting
the order code and an identity document.
Can I get the ordered number at any of the Azercell offices?
The number ordered online can be obtained by contacting any of the Azercell offices. Before receiving the
number, you must show the employee of the branch an identity document, as well as the order code.
Can I book a number online?
Currently, you can order a number online only if it is paid in full by credit card on www.azercellim.com. You

What methods can be used to pay for an online order?
Ordering a number can be paid both in cash and by the non-cash method. However, when ordering a
number on the website, you must pay the amount online using a bank card. Also, after an online order, you
must pay the service fee separately for activating the number and the selected tariff in the store from an
official dealer when activating the number.
Is it possible to order online all the numbers available on the site?
Not all numbers available on the site are available for online ordering. Including numbers offered through
the Nice & Mirror and Beautiful Numbers campaigns, numbers belonging to their respective dealers, and
numbers without a Buy Now button in front of them cannot be ordered online.
